7.5 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

8. Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items

8.1 Bespoke items or goods made to your specifications cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty.
8.2 Orders for bespoke items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

9. FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

9.1 If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include images where ever possible.

9.2 We will offer to repair, replace, or refund in accordance with your legal rights.
